Mar 01, 2022 (newstodate): The Estonian aircraft maintenance company Magnetic MRO is shortly to open a new base at Copenhagen Airport.
Through its subsidiary Direct Maintenance, Magnetic MRO will provide line maintenance services at Copenhagen, having already been seeking applicants for a position as B1/B2 Licensed Engineer certified for Embraer E195 and other aircraft types including Airbus A320, as well as a position as unlicensed technician.
So far, the company has not announced the airline launch customer for the coming setup.
The new line maintenance station actually marks the return by Magnetic to Copenhagen Airport; on June 25, 2016, Magnetic MRO started serving its first airline customer - the Spanish carrier Air Nostrum at the airport. Magnetic MRO later pulled out from Copenhagen again.
