Mar 23, 2022 (newstodate): The Lithuanian ACMI and charter carrier GetJet Airlines has inked a contract with Turkish charter carrier Corendon Airlines for the rest of 2022.
    Under the seven-months contract, the carrier will base two Airbus A320 aircraft at Antalya for flights to Turkish leisure destinations including  Antalya, Izmir, Bodrum, Dalaman and Alanya from European destinations during the period starting from April 2022.
   With its first flight on May 25, 2016, GetJet Airlines now operates a fleet comprising seven aircraft, including six Airbus A320 Family and one Airbus A330 aircraft.
   While landing this new contract, GetJet Airlines has also scrapped one major charter contract in 2022: GetJet Airlines thus decided to terminate the cooperation with TUI Baltics in compliance with the sanctions announced by the European Union for Russian businesses and individuals of this country.
