Feb 09, 2022 (newstodate): The Danish charter and ACMI carrier Airseven has now expanded its aircraft fleet to three aircraft.
Starting its life with delivery in 1990 to Hapag-Lloyd, the carrijer's third Boeing 737-400 was delivered in January 2022 on a lease contract with the British aircraft lessor Aerotron.
By December 2020, Airseven started out with two leased Boeing 737-400 aircraft placed on the AOC of its partner, Copenhagen AirTaxi based at Roskilde Airport.
Due to the Covid-19 hampering the industry, Airseven performed its first commercial flight only in June 2021 for Danish tour operators as well as providing wet-lease flights for airlines including among others the Norwegian LCC Flyr.
