Feb 10, 2022 (newstodate): Austrian Airlines will return services on the route connecting Vienna and Gothenburg, in Sweden.
Starting from March 27, 2022, the carrier will again operate three weekly rotations on the route with Embraer 195 aircraft.
The flights were suspended from the start of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Austrian Airlines earlier served on the route to Gothenburg, but pulled out from the Summer 2012 schedule as part of efforts to cut costs through an austere savings program, returning services again from June 2, 2017 - until the Covid-19..
Also in the Swedish market, Austrian Airlines is operating flights on the route between Vienna and Stockholm with 21 weekly rotations.
