Dec 13, 2022 (newstodate): The Slovenian carrier Amelia International is in the process of introducing a new aircraft type in the fleet.
Landing at Ljubljana Airport earlier this week will be the airline's first Airbus A319 aircraft that will now undergo technical maintenance with Adria Tehnika before entering commercial service by spring 2023.
Set up in 2008 as a line and base maintenance organization for helicopters, Amelia International in 2012 became an operator and in the fleet today are 17 aircraft, including the Airbus A319, 13 Embraer 145, and three ATR42/72 aircraft.
