Starting by the end of March 2023, Royal Jordanian will introduce flights between Amman and Stockholm with two weekly rotations using Airbus A320 Family aircraft.
The opening of the route was augured by during the Swedish royal visit to Jordan, where Jordan and Sweden agreed on the opening of a Jordanian Embassy in Stockholm, and an agreement was signed opening up for Royal Jordanian to launch services between Amman and Stockholm.
Today, Royal Jordanian is offline in Sweden, offering flights through its code-share partner British Airways via London Heathrow.
In Denmark, Royal Jordanian is back with scheduled services since March 27, 2022, with three weekly Airbus A319 flights from Amman.
The carrier was operating on the route till March 2020 when Covid-19 suspensions were enforced.
Royal Jordanian was first providing flights to Copenhagen until the early 90'ies, restoring flights on the route from June 3, 2018, with three weekly rotations using Airbus A320 aircraft.
