Nov 21, 2022 (newstodate): Long-time active in the Nordic markets, the German cargo aircraft broker NEO Air Charter GmbH is now online with own office in the Nordic region.
   With effect from September 1, 2022, Danish national Ian Andrew Flett has been named NEO Sales Manager Nordic to intensify the company's drive in the market.
   -What sets NEO Air Charter apart from competitors is our exclusive focus on customers in freight forwarding and logistics. We have no business with end customers, shippers, consignees. So we are solely providers of charter uplift capacity and are not transgressing beyond this borderline. No ambitions or interest in acting as a GSA or airline, says Mr Flett.
   -We have long been active in the Nordic markets, but over the last few years with Covid-19 pandemic the rush for sparse capacity to lift shipments of PPE and masks into Europe and the Nordic region brought us into contact with many new customers as well as deepened our relationships with existing customers, leading to the decision to strengthen our presence here with a dedicated Sales Manager Nordic.
   -Basically, our business model secures our customers with flexibility and neutrality, which are indeed core elements in our business philosophy, says Mr Flett.
   Mr Fleet will be well-known in the industry, starting out in 2000 with Zitech, and later pursuing a career with companies including Cargo Care, ScanPartners, BWSC and SAS Cargo.
