Nov 07, 2022 (newstodate): Billund Airport has been seeing cargo volumes declining in 2022 - and October 2022 was no exception.
   A total of 6,096 tonnes of cargo was handled at the airport, down 16.1 percent, y-o-y, including 4,805 tonnes of exports, down 14.7 percent, and 1,291 tonnes of imports, also down 20.7 percent.
   During the first 10 months of this year, the airport has thus handled a total of 64,729 tonnes of cargo which is still up 1.7 percent, y-o-y, including 49,076 tonnes of exports, up 2.1 percent, and 15,653 tonnes of imports, up slightly by 0.4 percent.
