Oct 14, 2022 (newstodate): In its winter 2022/23 schedule, the Croatian carrier Croatia Airlines maintains Denmark's Copenhagen Airport as its only destination in the Nordic region.
The carrier will thus be operating seven weekly rotations between Zagreb and Copenhagen.
Croatia Airlines launched its first Scandinavian flights in 2008, with the route between Zagreb and Copenhagen served from May 27, 2008.
Starting from May 19, 2017, flights to Stockholm were added, marking a return to the Swedish market that was on the map of the carrier during the 90ies.
Oslo in Norway became a new destination for Croatia Airlines from May 21, 2017, and flights to Helsinki were introduced from May 21, 2017.
But only the flights to Copenhagen have survived the turbulent times during the Covid-19 disruptions.
