Oct 11, 2022 (newstodate): Azerbaijan's Baku Airport will soon see a new destination in the network: Mumbai.
   With the first flight to lift-off in November 2022, Azerbaijan Airlines will launch services connecting Azerbaijan and India, with two weekly rotations scheduled on the route between Baku and Mumbai.
   Latest statistics show an increasing interest from the Indian side, with over 36,000 Indian tourists visiting Azerbaijan in the first nine months of this year.
