Jan 17, 2022 (newstodate): Norway saw the total export volumes of fresh salmon up by 10.9 percent, y-o-y, in 2021, to 1,040,401 tonnes.
   As always, the Chinese market is an important market with a strong taste for the salmon, with volumes up by 39.7 percent, y-o-y, to 25,076 tonnes in 2021.
   Hong Kong imported another 11,929 tonnes in 2021, an increase by 16.5 percent, y-o-y.
   Outside the PRC, the Taiwanese market also saw volumes rising in 2021, to 15,076 tonnes, up 39.7 percent, y-o-y.
