Jan 05, 2022 (newstodate): With effect from January 3, 2022, the Danish express logistic company CTS Express Holding ApS, including its three subsidiaries, has a new owner.
   Taking up all shares in CTS Express is the Nordic express logistics provider Jetpak as part of its strategy to secure future growth and bolster its strategic position in the Nordic markets, now to be supported by the air and courier transports, integrated with freight forwarder solutions, provided by CTS Express to customers in the B2B market.
   With HQs in Copenhagen and a branch office at Billund Airport, CTS Express operates a Nordic and European network with some 30 subcontracted courier vehicles, with additional ad-hoc courier capacity.
   CTS Express first launched operations in Copenhagen in 2012, adding the office at Billund Airport on February 1, 2015, to open up the markets in west Denmark as well.
