Jan 25, 2022 (newstodate): European airlines are increasingly opting out from overnight aircraft parking in Ukraine's Kiev Airport.
   The decision is prompted by the increasing fears of a potential Russian military action against Ukraine, endangering the security of the aircraft and crews during night stops.
   First to reschedule flights including cancellation of late night flights to avoid overnight parking at Kiev Airport were Swiss, Austrian Airlines and KLM, and they have been followed by a similar decision by Lufthansa.
