Jan 03, 2022 (newstodate): Today will see the opening of a new Airlog office in Norway, at Stavanger, Norway's center for oil and gas exploration and related industries.
   The new office, Airlog's seventh in the Nordic region, will be headed by Thomas Edland who is now in the process of recruiting staff to develop business opportunities in the western part of the country.
   Mr Edland has been actively engaged in the logistics industries since 2008, including years with YoYo Freight in Norway.
   The Airlog Group is already present with two offices in Denmark including the HQ at Copenhagen, two offices in Sweden, one in Oslo, Norway, and one in Helsinki, Finland.
   Since July 1, 2020, the Airlog Group has been owned by Allan G Nielsen and Claus Plath who acquired Airlog from its former owner, Scan Global Logistics that took in the company with offices in Sweden, Denmark and Finland only in 2016.
