Jan 11, 2022 (newstodate): The A. P. Moller Maersk is intent on growing its stake in the airfreight business and has now named a new  Airfreight Growth & Solutions Manager Scandinavia.
   Taking up the position from January 3, 2022, is Peter Heide - bringing in experience from 14 years in the air cargo  business, with his first job as forwarder at Scan Global Logistics from 2008, and later serving a/o Emirates' GSSA ScanPartners as Cargo Manager Denmark, as well as with the ECS Group as Commercial Manager Denmark for Qatar Airways Cargo.
   With his new assignment, Mr Heide is thus shifting from the airline and GSA industries to the customer's side of the negotiation table..
