Sep 14, 2021 (newstodate): Lithuania's Avia Solutions Group has sky-high ambitions for continued expansion in a wide range of directions in the world of aviation, driving needs for substantial investments.
   And this need has now been addressed by the signinbg of a strategic partnership with US-based investment specialist dedicated to the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors Certares Management tat will provide 300 million euro of structured equity investment in ASG.
   -The investment will help enable the next phase of Avia Solutions Group's growth plan for services in passenger and cargo aviation, maintenance and engineering, crew training, ground handling and logistics, ASG says in a statement.   
   -Avia Solutions Group intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for strategic acquisitions, capital expenditures and general corporate purpose.
   As part of the deal, the new investor will add new members to the ASG Board to further strengthen the governance of the organization.
   Today, ASG employs over 7,000 professionals serving more than 2,000 clients throughout Europe, Asia, North America, Australia, and far beyond.
