Aug 19, 2021 (newstodate):  The Swedish logistics and forwarding Greencarrier Group has sold one of its five divisions to Atlanta-based US company JAS Worldwide.
   Pending government approvals of the Share Purchase Agreement, JAS Worldside will take over Greencarrier Freight Services International AB, the freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management division of Greencarrier Group.
   With HQs in Gothenburg, Sweden, and managed by Mikael Forsberg as CEO, Greencarrier Freight Services International offers logistic solutions and supply chain management services through offices in 11 countries with 800 employees.
