Aug 31, 2021 (newstodate): The Danish regional aircraft lessor Nordic Aviation Capital has now completed the transaction with US airline Breeze Airways.
   Under the contract, now fulfilled, NAC has delivered 10 Embraer E190 aircraft well-suited to the strategy of the new low-cost airline offering point-to-point flights from smaller secondary airports in the USA.
    The first aircraft for Breeze Airways was formerly operated by Air Canada before being transferred to Nordic Aviation in September 2019.
   While Breeze Aviation is indeed a new customer in 2021 for NAC, Mr Neeleman is a familiar customer with the company, having earlier placed similar lease contracts for his former airlines JetBlue and Azul Linhas Aereas.
