Jul 27, 2021 (newstodate): Ryanair is again expanding its network of flights from Lithuania's Kaunas Airport.
   New to come from the winter 2021/22 schedule are flights from Kaunas Airport to Helsinki, as well as to Manchester and Malaga.
   In Ryanair's plans for this summer 2021 schedule, Ryanair will be serving flights on 19 routes at Kaunas Airport - if warranted by state precautions and limitations during the coronavirus pandemic.
   Ryanair opened its 40th base, its first in Central Europe, at Kaunas Airport from May 2010, after launching its first Baltic operation at Kaunas Airport on September 22, 2005.
   In 2011, supported by EU's structural funds Ryanair decided to build its first aircraft technical maintenance center at Kaunas Airport, Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services.
