Jul 30, 2021 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic will increase frequencies on its route connecting Riga and Kiev, Ukraine.
Today, the carrier is operating one daily rotation on the route, but starting from August 11, 2021, airBaltic will add three more weekly flights; from September 1, two weekly rotations will be added - to be topped by a further two from September 29.
airBaltic will thus be operating 14 weekly rotations on the route by the end of September 2021.
All flights will be performed with the carrier's Airbus A220-300 aircraft, with Riga Airport serving as an important transfer hub for traffic to and from Ukraine.
airBaltic has been online with flights between Riga and Kiev since February 15, 1996.
