Jun 22, 2021 (newstodate): Singapore Airlines has announced the opening of flights between Copenhagen and Rome.
Starting from July 16, 2021, the carrier will extend its existing route between Singapore and Copenhagen to include flights between Copenhagen and Rome, to be operated three times weekly as is also the case with the existing route between Singapore and Copenhagen.
Until November 2019, Singapore Airlines offered five weekly rotations between Singapore and Copenhagen, planning to increase to daily services from January 2, 2020 - but all flights were then suspended from March 2020 as the pandemic struck.
Services on the route were cautiously reopened from June 20, 2020, with one weekly rotation, using Airbus A350-900.
