Jun 21, 2021 (newstodate): With effect from today, Norwegian has rather abruptly catapulted a new man to the top step of the ladder: Geir Karlsen.
   Mr Karlsen thus takes over the position as Norwegian CEO, succeeding Jacob Schram.
   Mr Karlsen held the position of Norwegian CFO since April 2018, serving from July 2019 to December 2019 as Acting CEO.
   The Board of Norwegian voted on June 20, 2021, to end the CEO tenure of Jacob Schram, how took the chair in January 2020.
   Mr. Schram will now support the Board on full-time basis during his notice period up to March 31, 2022.
