Jun 02, 2021 (newstodate): Shrouding the airline brand in secrecy, Aarhus Airport is calling to a press conference on Friday June 4, 2021, to present a new operator.
According to the release, a new airline will make its first entry into the Danish market with flights between Aarhus Airport and three "new" destinations.
Representing the new operator at the event will be a "renowned" and wealthy investor, sole owner of the investment group behind the carrier.
The panel will also include the honorary consul of Sweden for mid and western Jutland, indicating that the coming new airline will turn out to be a Swedish carrier.
A bold guess would be that the airline behind the veil might be BRA Braathens Regional Airlines; the investor is Per G Braathen who is sole owner of the investment group Braganza.
The aircraft to operate the coming three routes would then be ATR 72-500/600 or Embraer E190.
