Jun 04, 2021 (newstodate): As for any other airline, times have posed new challenges for the ACMI cargo and passenger airline Air Atlanta Icelandic.
-Despite the difficulties from a collapsing passenger transport market, we managed to turn around our organization from passenger to freighter operations which required a high level of flexibility, says Unndor Jonsson, Air Atlanta Icelandic VP Sales and Marketing.

-We were off to a slow start in 2020, but business picked up very fast in 2020, generating revenues to balance costs, but it also means that we have been fully dependent on the cargo market, says Mr Jonsson.
