May 07, 2021 (newstodate): The Italian carrier Air Dolomiti is planning for its debut in the Swedish market by September 19, 2021.
   The carrier, member of the Lufthansa Group, is to operate a rather unique route from the German hub at Frankfurt Airport to  Kalmar, on Sweden's  south-eastern coast, via Ronneby.
   Plans are to offer five weekly rotations with Embraer 195 aircraft on a year-round basis, if warranted by the market.  
   Air Dolomiti is already present in Scandinavia with flights between Aarhus, in Denmark, and Munich starting from March 29, 2021, with three weekly rotations and with to grow to six weekly flights later in spring 2021.
