May 20, 2120 (newstodate):  Through acquisition, the Danish in-night distribution company DANX has strengthened its services to customers in northern Sweden.
   DANX has thus acquired its long-standing privately-owned partner UT Transport, located in Umeaa, and in the business since 1987.
   As an entity, the two companies will provide services to and from Norrland for both existing and new customers, with the ambition to covering all areas of Norrland from Nordic countries and Europe as well as covering all Nordic & Baltic areas from Norrland.  
   With the acquisition, UT and DANX will intensify the collaboration and focus on the development of a wide range of transportation services such as effective day-time transportation and in-night deliveries.
