Still 11 percent below last year, volumes of cargo and mail were 46,789 tonnes in January-April 2021; in Q1/2021 volumes were down 19.1 percent, y-o-y; in January-February 28.7 percent, and in January 2021 alone 31.9 percent.
Finnair's gradual increase in long-haul operations, pax and all-cargo combined, reflects on the volume of internation cargo and mail through Helsinki, which was 46,446 tonnes during the first four months of this year - still down 11 percent, y-o-y, but likewise recovering, compared to minus 19.1 percent in Q1/2021.
