May 28, 2021 (newstodate): Air France is expanding its presence in the Nordic markets by adding a new year-round service to Finland.
Starting from July 6, 2021, the carrier will offer four weekly rotations on the route connecting Paris and Helsinki, using Airbus A319 aircraft, and going up to daily rotations from July 19. Handling services will be provided under a contract with Aviator Finland.
Absent from Helsinki Airport since October 2001, Air France is today operating in a code-share on its oneworld-partner Finnair's daily flight.
The new route completes Air France's offer in the Nordics, where the airline already serves Copenhagen and Billund in Denmark, Oslo and Bergen in Norway, as well as Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden.
