May 04, 2021 (newstodate): After the Covid-19 suspension of flights, Aeroflot is planning for more flights to Scandinavia and Finland in summer 2021.
Since February 2021, the carrier has already been operating two weekly flights from Moscow to Stockholm with Airbus A320/321 aircraft; a third rotation was introduced from April 26, and a fourth will be added from May 30, 2021.
Since February 2021, Aeroflot has also been operating two weekly flights from Moscow to Helsinki, adding a third rotation from May 3, 2021, and planning for a fourth rotation from May 30.
Flights on the route Moscow-Copenhagen were reopened from May 2, 2021, with one weekly rotation, and a second rotation will be added from May 28, 2021.
Finally, flights connecting Moscow and Oslo are due to reopen with two weekly rotations from May 7, 2021.
Depending on the market situation, the flights now scheduled to be added by the end of May may actually be launched earlier than currently planned.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Aeroflot was operating two daily passenger flights from Moscow to Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm as well as three daily flights to Helsinki.
