Apr 26, 2021 (newstodate): Sweden's Vaxjo Airport will see a new airline in this summer's traffic: GP Aviation Services.
The Swiss non-commercial carrier specializing in ferry and delivery flight services for leasing companies, aircraft owners and air operators, but now also in the charter business, will be operating two weekly rotations between Pristina in Kosovo and Vaxjo using Boeing 737 aircraft.
The traffic will primarily be driven by the large expat communities but will seek a market also among leisure travelers from the two countries.
Other destinations in summer 2021 from Vaxjo Airport will include flights by Wizz Air to Skopje and to Tuzla starting in June, and flights by Ryanair from Vaxjo to Gdansk and to Zadar also starting in summer 2021.
