Apr 13, 2021 (newstodate): After a dull start to the year, Estonia's Tallinn Airport finally saw a recovery in its cargo volumes in March 2021.
While still limited in volume, the airport handled a total of 840 tonnes of cargo in April, an increase by 2.9 percent, y-o-y, following on drops in January and February by 12.8 and 17.3 percent, respectively.
In April 2021, cargo accounted for 758 tonnes and mail for 82.1 tonnes.
Volumes in Q1/2021 totaling 2,192 tonnes are, however, still 9.2 percent below the same period in 2020.
