Apr 20. 2021 (newstodate): Integrators DHL and FedEx continued to play a key role in the overall cargo performance of Copenhagen Airport in Q1, 2021.
   Together, the two companies handled 20,533 tonnes of cargo at the airport, an increase by 15.2 percent, y-o-y.
   Volumes on all-cargo flights dominated with a total of 16,838 tonnes which as also up by 13.2 percent, y-o-y, while trucked cargo rose even more, up 19.6 percent to a total of 3,682 tonnes during A1, 2021.
    Compared to Q1 in 2020, Copenhagen Airport still saw its total cargo volumes down by 12.5 percent, to a total of 62,498 tonnes in January-March 2021, loads on legacy and integrators carriers combined.
   Counting loads on legacy carriers only, the airport handled 41,966 tonnes of cargo in Q1/2021 - a decline by 21 percent.
