Mar 12, 2021 (newstodate): Air Canada has again pushed back its plans for returning passenger services to Copenhagen until at least October 30, 2021.
Since June 25, 2010, Air Canada has been online with direct scheduled flights between Toronto and Copenhagen after a decade of seasonal operations, but operations were suspended from spring 2020 due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus.
Several earlier restart plans were cancelled through 2020 as the pandemic deepened.
On the cargo side, the carrier has been operating a series of Airbus A330-300 all-cargo flights between Copenhagen and Canada in a partnership with HWF starting from April 26, 2020.
