Dec 13, 2021 (newstodate): The second Airbus A340-300 aircraft has now been delivered to the Malta-registered aviation holding company Airhub Aviation.
Like the first Airbus A340-300 aircraft for the carrier delivered in October 2021, this second delivery comes after its conversion in Zero LOPA configuration completed by Aviatic MRO at the facilities in Siauliai International Airport, Lithuania.
By summer 2022, Airhub Aviation plans to be operating three more Airbus A340-300, two Airbus A330, and six Boeing 737-800 in the charter and ACMI markets.
With Aleksandr Celiadin as its Chairman, Airhub is a subsidiary of the Lithuanian company Getjet Airlines that in 2019 became the first Baltic airline to introduce wide-body aircraft in the form of Airbus A330-300 in February 2019.
