Dec 01, 2021 newstodate: New in the air will be Fly Lili, a Romanian airline founded in 2020 and aiming at the charter and ACMI passenger and cargo markets.
Set up by four Romanian entrepreneurs, the carrier took delivery of its first aircraft, an Airbus A320, already by the end of May 2021, and has now obtained its AOC from the Romanian CAA.
Plans are to add one Airbus A310F, formerly serving with ULS Airlines Cargo, one Airbus A319, and two ex-Hop! ERJ14 aircraft.
Fly Lili will start out with scheduled services in H1/2022 with Munich as the first destination, served from the two Romanian airports at Satu Mare and Suceava.
