Dec 13, 2021 (newstodate): Delta Airlines is making a fresh attempt in the Swedish market in summer 2021.
Starting from June 1, 2022, the carrier will be offering daily rotations using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft on the route from New York JFK to Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
Delta Airlines last served the route in 2017, but has been on/off between the USA and Sweden since its first flights launched in 2007 between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Stockholm.
In Scandinavia, Delta Airlines is also returning services on the route between New York and Copenhagen in summer 2022, offering five weekly rotations with Boeing 767-300 aircraft,.
Since April 2008, Delta Airlines Cargo cooperates with ProActive Airlines Services to provide GSSA services in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
