Nov 29, 2021 (newstodate): The Icelandic low-cost carrier PLAY is setting up a new office in Vilnius, Lithuania, from December 2021, to host various support and technical functions.   
   A local General Manager has already been hired, and a recruitment drive for other roles has started.  
   For a start, the carrier has now advertised for employment of three staff, including a Customer Journey Communication Specialist to improve customer experience from booking to after the flight, a Group and Travel Agents Support, and a Service Agent.
   PLAY expects to reach about 15-20 employees in Vilnius within a few months.
