Nov 03, 2021 (newstodate): Icelandair has expanded its decade-long cooperation with the US carrier JetBlue.
On November 2, 2021, the two airlines signed an agreement to increase cooperation on flights to destinations on their route networks in Europe and North America, till now comprising only New York JFK Airport, Boston Logan Airport, Newark Airport and Keflavík Airport.
From now, the partners will add flights to Amsterdam, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Glasgow and Manchester on one ticket covering both airlines - and plans are to gradually add more code-sharing destinations.
The expanded cooperation will thus not least benefit the use of Keflavik Airport for JetBlue passengers traveling to European destinations.
