Nov 12, 2021 (newstodate):  The global aircraft brokering company Chapman Freeborn is now present in the Russian market by opening a new office in Moscow.
   The office is headed by Maxim Tsarev as Director General, Russia, who will lead the business in this new market offering services in three key product areas: Cargo, Passenger and Private Jets and OBC, On Board Courier.
   Mr Tsarev brings in rich experience in forwarding and logistics, serving for 10 years with DSV including the position as DSV Air&Sea Russia Deputy Managing Director from June 2020 till October 2021, and - prior to this - years with companies such as Kuehne & Nagel, IKEA and Adidas.
   -The OBC product offering, I think, will be the most interesting. This is new to the Russian market and something that Chapman Freeborn Russia can offer as a stand-alone product, Mr Tsarev says in a release.
   Mr Tsarev is now heading a team including Andrius Butkus, OBC Director, Roman Vorobyev, PAX Director, and Vladislav Volzhanin, Cargo Director.
