Nov 01, 2021 (newstodate): The Norwegian market will welcome the addition of new cargo capacity at Oslo Airport.
Starting from November 7,. 2021, Aeroflot will introduce a twice-weekly all-cargo flight operated with a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft between Moscow and Oslo with onward carriage to Asian destinations.
The new service will primarily be targeting the Norwegian seafood exporters on the export side, as well as bringing in import shipments from Asia, where disruptions of the supply chain are causing rising problems from bottlenecks in both sea and air transportation.
On the passenger side, Aeroflot restarted flights to Oslo again from May 7, 2021.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, Aeroflot was operating two daily passenger flights from Moscow to Oslo Airport.
