Jan 04, 2021 (newstodate): Close to the end of 2020, Estonia’s national airline Nordica, Nordic Aviation Group, and the Polish carrier LOT Polish Airlines reached an agreement on amending the ownership structure of their joint subsidiary Xfly, established in 2015 to offer regional flight and crew services for airline companies.  
   Nordica will thus purchase LOT’s 49 percent stake in Xfly, after which Nordica and thus the Estonian state will become the sole owner of Xfly.
  The commercial cooperation between Nordica and LOT will however continue unabated.
   Nordica is now a real airline with an own AOC and one CRJ900 aircraft as a precondition for obtaining an own IATA code and implementation of its own  Amadeus commercial platform replacing LOT Polish Airlines' platform used since November 18, 2016.
