Jan 07, 2021 (newstodate): Almost all airlines around the world are facing grim and challenging prospects - but one is especially hard hit: Palestinian Airlines.
The airline's owner, the Palestinian Authority, has now put the carrier's only aircraft up for sale: two aging Fokker F50 aircraft that trace more than 30 years of history and were last leased by Niger Airlines until this carrier also went out of business in 2020.
The airline entered bankruptcy in December 2020 with only eight employees after years with no operations of its own.
