Jan 07, 2021 (newstodate): Finnair ended year 2020 with a drop by 58.6 percent, y-o-y, in full-year cargo volumes at 71,733  tonnes.
   Generating 33,747 tonnes, the crucial Asian traffic was especially hard hit, but loads on the European network were  also down by 74.2 percent to 9,068 tonnes, while North Atlantic loads dropped 81.3 percent to 2,542 tonnes in 2020.
   Of the total volume, 26,036 tonnes were carried on all-cargo flights while cargo in passenger aircraft belly holds accounted for 45,697 tonnes - down 73.6 percent as the passenger traffic waned during the pandemic.
