Sep 17, 2020 (newstodate): The Ukrainian cargo carrier Eleron has taken another step forward in building up its position in the European market.
To advance its plans for building a growing network in cooperation with larger airlines offering access to new markets, Eleron has named Dutch-owned Mondial Airlines Services as its exclusive GSA in the German market.
Eleron is currently operating two weekly AN-26 flights between Kiev and Frankfurt, planning to grow the frequency to five weekly rotations and providing RFS to Kiev and other destinations in the Ukrainian market.
Eleron also recently landed a partnership agreement with Lufthansa Cargo allowing the carrier to operate at Frankfurt Airport with air cargo booked on Lufthansa Cargo's network.
Eleron's first partnership was established with airBaltic at Riga Airport, and negotiations are progressing with airlines including KLM and TAP for expansions into new airports in Europe including Amsterdam, Lisbon and Madrid.
