Sep 15, 2020 (newstodate): According to the latest schedule update, Stockholm Arlanda Airport is set to lose it connection to Singapore.
With effect from September 14, 2020, Singapore Airlines has thus removed the flights to Stockholm from its coming winter schedule.
The service to Stockholm has been offered as an extension of the route between Singapore and Moscow Domodedovo Airport, served since May 30, 2017, with five weekly Airbus A350-900 flights, currently stalled during the Covid-19 pandemic.
After closing down operations to Stockholm, Copenhagen Airport remains the airline's only destination currently served with one weekly passenger flight, and one weekly all-cargo rotation since April 2, 2020, with Airbus A350-900 passenger aircraft carrying shipments in the belly cargo compartment.
