Sep 24, 2020 (newstodate): As markets are slowly opening up again, SAS is returning services on its route between Copenhagen and Shanghai, China.
The first flight after lockdown since January 31, 2020, will be performed on September 29, 2020, operated with Airbus A350 aircraft and served with one weekly rotation.
SAS first opened its route to Shanghai on March 28, 2004, but pulled out from 2007, reviving the service again on March 1, 2012.
The carrier plans to return also to Beijing later in October, pending government approval.
