Sep 18, 2020 (newstodate): In a quest to reduce operational costs, Norwegian is to set up a new service center in Riga, Latvia.
   To be named Norwegian Air Resources Latvia, the coming new office will be providing world-wide customer service support, instead of relying on outsourcing of activities in individual markets.
   Recruitment of staff at the new office has already started and will run continuously in line with fluctuations in the current turbulent airline market.
