Sep 29, 2020 (newstodate): Plans have been aired for the creation of a new airline to be set up jointly by Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
The Polish carrier LOT is reportedly to take half of the stake in the venture with the remaining 50 percent shared by the other participants, and the project aims at stemming the influx of competitors snatching the air transport markets in the four countries by creating a single, large and comprehensive solution in the joint market.
