Sep 16, 2020 (newstodate): The German freight transport company Dachser has named Birger Tejls its Country Manager for Air & Sea Logistics Denmark.
   Taking up his new office from August 1, 2020, Mr Tejls enters Dachser from a position held since May 2017 as Panalpina Country Head of Marketing and Sales Denmark.
   The career of Mr Tejls started in Samson as freight forwarder from 1993, and he has since worked in the air and sea transport sectors at DSV from 2000 till 2012 in various capacities and markets.
   In the Nordic region, Dachser entered the Swedish market in May 2019 following on the company's entry into the Danish market in 2018 with offices in Copenhagen and Kolding, as well as Dachser Air & Sea Logistics set up in Finland with offices in Helsinki, Lahti, Oulu, and Tampere.
