Aug 24, 2020 (newstodate): Delta Air Lines has taken a drastic decision to suspend flights to a number of European destinations.
To go are seasonal flights from the USA to Copenhagen as well as to Shannon, Glasgow, Stuttgart and Prague, as well as year-round flights on the route to Dusseldorf.
So far, plans for 2021 are to stay on routes to London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon, while seasonal flights are still planned for summer 2021 to Keflavik, Athens, Nice, Venice, and Berlin.
Delta Air Lines has been on/off with seasonal summer services to Scandinavia since the 90'ies.
Serving as the carrier's cargo GSSA since April, 2008, is ProActive Airlines Services in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
